BIOGRAPHY
Born as Aaron Douglas Beckstead on September 20, 1984 in Mount Holly, New Jersey - the nickname of Aaron oeightyfour was picked up at the age of thirteen from a few local bands. Growing up as an army brat, he moved around a lot including New Jersey, Germany, a couple places in Colorado, and several towns in Georgia.

By the age of 12, Aaron started researching and looking up underground, unsigned, and local bands and became fully involved in the punk rock + underground music scene by 13, in the fall of 1997 - attending his first show in December that year.

In April 1998, along his brother's side, they started Area 69 Records. It was a foolish, child-like start - releasing a few demo tapes (mostly of their own music) and putting on a couple rock shows, before Aaron decided to go his own way in May of 2000.

After a few attempts at other projects (mostly bands), Aaron went back into business with giving his own company a shot, and Oeightyfour Media was created - after undergoing a few names and several different directions. Although a slow start to each area - whether it's writing a book, releasing a record, doing some film work, or simply booking a show around town - Aaron continues to always work hard while maintaining his own life together and giving other business ventures + ideas a chance (currently including up and go touring)
